Day 1-3: Tokyo

Your journey begins in the bustling capital city of Tokyo. You’ll kick off your adventure by exploring Tokyo’s famous districts like Shibuya, renowned for its famous pedestrian scramble and the statue of Hachiko, and Harajuku, known for its eclectic street fashion. Day 6-7: Kyoto

On day six, take the bullet train (Shinkansen) to Kyoto, Japan’s ancient capital. Here, you can visit iconic sites like the golden Kinkaku-ji, the beautiful bamboo groves of Arashiyama, the Fushimi Inari shrine with its famous Torii gate pathway, and the historic Gion district, where you might catch a glimpse of a geisha.

Day 8: Nara

Nara is a short trip from Kyoto and is famous for its Giant Buddha, ancient temples, and friendly deer in Nara Park. It’s also a quieter city compared to the hustle and bustle of Tokyo and Kyoto, which may provide a welcome change of pace.

Day 9-10: Hiroshima and Miyajima

On day nine, head to Hiroshima, a city that bears a powerful history. Visit the Peace Memorial Park and Museum to understand the profound effects of the atomic bombing. Later, take a ferry to the nearby island of Miyajima to see the Itsukushima Shrine, famous for its “floating” Torii gate.

Day 11-12: Osaka

End your trip in the vibrant city of Osaka. Known for its modern architecture, nightlife, and hearty street food, you’ll want to explore Dotonbori Street, visit Osaka Castle, and enjoy the panoramic views from the Umeda Sky Building.
